TEJS and Molly are worth it, it works! I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years. To say today's job search is a bit different is a drastic understatement. I was very overwhelmed with just the task of updating my resume. If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! This is an excellent program, especially for executives who have not searched for a role in many years. It requires a lot of work so you need to commit time and effort to maximize the benefit. Molly is a great coach who is very engaging and approachable. Her guidance is spot-on and she will steer you towards the actions that will maximize the return on your search efforts. This program totally changed my approach to my job search. Molly and the TEJS program is great Molly and the TEJS program is great. I have been out of a job search for more than 10 years and the program highlights how you can take charge of your job search. She also teaches skills beyond updating a resume or searching for a job. Examples include having a professional virtual appearance, LinkedIn profile, how to answer difficult questions, working with recruiters etc. Her monthly virtual sessions allow you to ask questions and you get to learn off of others going through the same process through the same virtual events. She responds to emails, generally in 24 to 48 hrs.

Providing structure and community during what we all know is a lonely and challenging time was just the start, but it was the step-by-step process and firm push that got me moving in a new direction.
