I reached out to her in December and she completely revamped my resume, then offered me step by step guidance on specific project management positions I should apply to and she coached me for my interviews and taught me a lot to make sure that I hit all of the goals I wanted. She also made sure that I was involved in networking groups and really challenged and pushed me. It was definitely a lot of work but it was so worth it. I landed a job as a Project Coordinator making my target salary and am so much happier. I’m now working with her on a way to get promoted in my company and she also coaches me on work life balance. I like working with her because she actually listens to me and it feels like she genuinely cares about my career and life. I’d recommend working with Project Management Success and will continue to work with her for my career needs.
