Amazing self healing sessions With the fast pace of life, I had forgotten to take care of myself. I approached Neepam ji for healing sessions as I was really troubled. But what I didn’t realise is that it’s not a single episode that causes the troubles, it’s a built up over time. With the sessions, I rediscovered self love, self care and self importance. She helped me understanding myself and the 21 days inner child healing helped me a lot. The sessions had few exercises which I really found to be helpful. And once the sessions are over, she doesn’t just forget you, she always keeps a follow up and checks on you.
