Knowledgeable, down to earth and funny; Raymond has decades of real world experience and conveys the information in a straightforward and easy to follow manner. REAL University is a go-to source for real estate related training REAL University offers concise and easy to follow meat and potatoes courses in real estate. In addition, it is chock full of useful tools, tips and tricks to help you pass the state exams. I was able to join in the class via livestream and follow along from the comfort of my home. Although there is a lot of information and it's like drinking through a firehose, Raymond does a good job breaking everything down and walking you through the subject matter in a relatable way.
