GBHelpful in 2020, Helpful in 2022 I used this service back in 2020, probably one of the worst periods to be looking for new jobs. Having a resume with such quality brought me peace of mind as I continued to submit one application after another. Fast forward two years, the framework of that original resume has proved incredibly easy to adapt and has gotten many compliments in the years since. It wasn't a cost so much as an investment in my career.

GBDebbie Goldbarth is Excellent I worked with Debbie Goldbarth to prepare for a series of interviews. She was extremely helpful and provided valuable coaching. What's more, she also helped me tweak my resume while my initial resume writer was on vacation. 10/10 service!

GBSuper happy with The JobSauce Super happy with The JobSauce My orginal resume was stale, wordy, and lacked a certain aesthetic. As someone who reviews a lot of applicants even I knew that, but I didn't have the time to dedicate to make improvements and needed more guidance on how to make it more attractive as a job seeker. Nicole F was amazing. She understood the goals, laid out the process, and communicated any delays in getting to the finish line. Better yet, the end result exceeded expectations. I would not have been able to encapsulate over 20 years of experience and skills onto a single page and still keep it looking clean and attractive to employers. Money well spent!

GBGood business model run by good people I worked with The Job Sauce as a candidate and am glad I did. They initially reached out to me with a compelling job opportunity and were up-front about the compensation for the position. Eric conducted a screening interview to make sure it was a good potential mutual fit and prepped me for what to expect with the company. He didn't waste my time and was in touch with me throughout the process, always responding promptly. Once I got the job, a few sessions with a career coach (Debbie) were offered, which was a great touch and super helpful. Overall a great business model run by good people.

GBI used the Job Sauce to update my resume. I used the Job Sauce to update my resume and did not enjoy the process. The process feels kinda rushed (one brief phone call, two round of comment sin Google Docs). I was baffled at the "completed product" as bullet points on my resume has multiple sentences and punctuation was all over the place. Overall I just didn't feel like what I wanted was done due to the rushed nature of the process.
