They initially reached out to me with a compelling job opportunity and were up-front about the compensation for the position. Eric conducted a screening interview to make sure it was a good potential mutual fit and prepped me for what to expect with the company. He didn't waste my time and was in touch with me throughout the process, always responding promptly. Once I got the job, a few sessions with a career coach (Debbie) were offered, which was a great touch and super helpful. Overall a great business model run by good people.

Awesome Resume by Lindsay My resume writer was Lindsay and she was fantastic! I wasn’t sure what to expect and she walked me through the whole process and I felt she really got what I wanted out of my resume. Her questions and communication made me feel really excited to see the final product and she definitely didn’t disappoint. Great experience but not so great results... Getting my resume reviewed and re-written by Lindsay was a really great experience! Lindsay is well-versed in her field, asks the right questions and gives some very helpful tips. That being said, I don't think it was worth spending the $250 since I have been applying to jobs with that same resume for the last 3-4 months and have not been able to lock in a single interview. In fact I had to get mty resume re-reviewed by another editor. Great experience, not so great results.

Helpful in 2020, Helpful in 2022 I used this service back in 2020, probably one of the worst periods to be looking for new jobs. Having a resume with such quality brought me peace of mind as I continued to submit one application after another. Fast forward two years, the framework of that original resume has proved incredibly easy to adapt and has gotten many compliments in the years since. It wasn't a cost so much as an investment in my career.
