And for the appeals, all you need to do is explain thoroughly and explicitly your financial aid situation, add supporting documents, be polite and express feelings. If I were to pay someone to do this for me, it'll be $10 max. I expected that they had access to some grants and scholarships that students actually didn't know about not the state grants that are on the state's education website, FAFSA and FSEOG. Who doesn't know about these!?
