My experience Delivery: I have ordered their service two days before Christmas and was supposed to receive it within the next 72 hours. However, I was not informed that there were delays during the holidays until I emailed them on the 27th. In return, they apologised and upgraded me to Premium. I was fortunate enough that my deadline is in two weeks instead of two days. Please do inform your customers if they will experience delays during holidays. Customer support: They respond quickly to emails and answer any questions you have. Quality: The quality was better than expected. I like how you can see any changes they've made and suggestions on how to improve your essay. The only thing is that you might have to check it over again because there are minor problems like repeated words which luckily, are easy to detect. Website: Easy to navigate and very clear. It would be better if you could ask questions on sharefile (e.g. simply clicking on the edited document and replying to the comments on the side). Not sure if that's possible but it's just an idea that I had. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would definitely use them again. - Leeona

Terrible. They missed some crucial errors that I luckily spotted in my original document. Well, the editor rushed through my paper and missed some very important and very easily spotted typos that I was lucky to correct before submitting my paper to a publisher. Example: I went the to the store for eggs. Somehow the editor overlooked some of these kinds of errors. Embarrassing for PaperBlazer.com. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
