I've known Ryan for many years. When I first met him I was struggling with self-confidence. I had a lot of other things in my life right like my nutrition and exercise, work, etc., but lacked the ability to confidently step out of my comfort zone when socializing. I didn't think I could benefit from a life coach and thought that it might be overly-broad life advice and ultimately unhelpful - I was wrong. Ryan focused directly on the areas of my life where I was weakest, skipping over the fundamentals which I had done well on my own.
