I don't feel like I got my money's … I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Although they offer a professional service, took the time to ask my questions and diligently listened I feel the end product was OK. Just not worth what they're charging. The cover letter was a template instead of a well-written summary of my skills ect. For the price I paid I should have gotten a well-written cover letter with a stellar resume. It's just average.

When you actually find someone who can listen to your story and need and bring it to life it's absolutely touching. When I saw her final work it brought me to tears. This was my second time using GRF This was my second time using GRF. My first experience in 2019-20 was fantastic. My experience in 2021-22 Got off to a less than stellar start but GRF stepped up, assigned a new associate, and we worked out an updated resume and linked in profile. I really appreciate how GRF stepped up when I shared my dissatisfaction. Kristin took special care and helped me with a new resume. I am expecting an offer letter any day now using the resume just created.

Great response time and supportive team I shared my new resumes with two mentors and they were so impressed! Excited with my two new resumes, LinkedIn and cover letters...Kristin listened to me and really developed resumes that fit my needs! I would recommend this group and will come back again when I need a refresh!

Quick turn around, good suggestions Bethany scheduled with me quickly, spent quality time with me during our first session and turned around with my feedback quickly, both initially and after my revision. I have yet to get an interview, but I think Bethany did a good job and will revise my review when I get an interview and a new position. The only thing that I wish were different, is that the person helping me specializes in career pivots. Good, fast experience. Hopefully, I get some interviews and offers soon!
