GBThis was my second time using GRF This was my second time using GRF. My first experience in 2019-20 was fantastic. My experience in 2021-22 Got off to a less than stellar start but GRF stepped up, assigned a new associate, and we worked out an updated resume and linked in profile. I really appreciate how GRF stepped up when I shared my dissatisfaction. Kristin took special care and helped me with a new resume. I am expecting an offer letter any day now using the resume just created.

GBI felt like I was more of a bother than a client I signed up with the hope that I would get help making my strong yet unique career path shine. After nothing but silence, auto-rejections, or calls about irrelevant postings I felt stuck. I reached out to ask for assistance and did receive a rewrite which has also landed me zero leads. After I reached out to the founder, she did give some support and said I'd get a new overview which never came. Maybe if you're senior management with a direct career timeline this system works better. However, for mid-career professionals with unconventional paths, I'd skip paying for it.
