Although they offer a professional service, took the time to ask my questions and diligently listened I feel the end product was OK. Just not worth what they're charging. The cover letter was a template instead of a well-written summary of my skills ect. For the price I paid I should have gotten a well-written cover letter with a stellar resume. It's just average.
