After I reached out to the founder, she did give some support and said I'd get a new overview which never came. Maybe if you're senior management with a direct career timeline this system works better. However, for mid-career professionals with unconventional paths, I'd skip paying for it.

Quick turn around, good suggestions Bethany scheduled with me quickly, spent quality time with me during our first session and turned around with my feedback quickly, both initially and after my revision. I have yet to get an interview, but I think Bethany did a good job and will revise my review when I get an interview and a new position.
