Excellent Experience! Sarah Williams onboarded me for my courses and she answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. She calmed my fears about the LSSGB course as I am not a good test taker and was very reluctant to even try. She has excellent customer service skills! Also, my Instructor was fabulous. He made it fun. He was extremely thorough provided multiple examples and breaking things down in laymen terms where I could grasp it.

Great Job Stephen Stephen Mercer did an excellent job in pacing over a 4 day session. Not too fast, not too slow, and several good examples and real life examples to help tie things in. Very reassuring when dealing with anxiety with the test.

Great Course I thought Stephen did a great job presenting the content in an understandable fashion. There was a lot of content to absorb but he expressed not to be overwhelmed and how to get the most out of this course plus continuous learning. The class participants as a whole were great as well with their questions which allowed Stephen to provide explanations for better understanding. He offered a lot of testing and template content that can be valuable for future projects.

Positive Feedback PMP Exam training course was delivered over a span of 4 days. I must say being a weekend, not a single moment felt a waste of time. The course material provided before hand and during the 4 days was awesome to the mark and summarized the whole 1200 pages PMBOK book into quite a manageable task. We had Farha T as our instructor and her knowledge and experience was phenomenal. She eased us into the 4 day course and the ease with what we were taught I feel we were ready to revise her teachings and pass the exam. PMP 4 Day Course! Stephen Mercer was a great trainer, felt the material was digestible especially with HOW much there is to cover in 4 days. I appreciated that he also shared real life examples across all industries to make it feel more applicable to my core responsibilities at work. Communication from Learners Ink was smooth overall. My only piece of feedback would be - Communication of expectations of who else is enrolled in the course ahead of time and having the opportunity to connect to build networking upfront. I had enrolled for a group course and was not notified until I had signed on for the start day and it was too late to consider another option and felt I missed out on the benefit of peer learning which was a reason for requesting a group learning vs. 1:1. Though I still felt I gained a lot of perspective an insight from Stephen and made it all work.
