GBPMP Certification Training After taking the PMP prep class with Sai Ram, I feel I am well prepped to complete my studies at home and successfully take the Certification exam. Sai was thorough in his instruction and had a way of looping all details together to reinforce what we learned at every turn often providing very relatable examples. I enrolled in the class in hopes of gaining a skillset to apply to my professional role. I had no expectation of taking the exam but after Sai's terrific leadership, I will definitely be taking this a step further and am already studying for the exam.

INGreat experience! Stephen Mercer brought a ton of knowledge to the class and shared it with us. It was a great experience. I feel that I should’ve been told that the course needs some prerequisite knowledge of PM. but Stephen was always receptive of questions in the class and cleared doubts that I had. 10/10 recommend!

GBExcellent Experience! Sarah Williams onboarded me for my courses and she answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. She calmed my fears about the LSSGB course as I am not a good test taker and was very reluctant to even try. She has excellent customer service skills! Also, my Instructor was fabulous. He made it fun. He was extremely thorough provided multiple examples and breaking things down in laymen terms where I could grasp it.

GBPMP 4 Day Course! Stephen Mercer was a great trainer, felt the material was digestible especially with HOW much there is to cover in 4 days. I appreciated that he also shared real life examples across all industries to make it feel more applicable to my core responsibilities at work. Communication from Learners Ink was smooth overall. My only piece of feedback would be - Communication of expectations of who else is enrolled in the course ahead of time and having the opportunity to connect to build networking upfront. I had enrolled for a group course and was not notified until I had signed on for the start day and it was too late to consider another option and felt I missed out on the benefit of peer learning which was a reason for requesting a group learning vs. 1:1. Though I still felt I gained a lot of perspective an insight from Stephen and made it all work.

BEThe teacher had a heavy accent The teacher had a heavy accent, making it hard to understand him. On top of that, he would skip the majority of the slides, covering the content of the skipped slides while displaying another slide, so I was also missing the written key words as handles to follow his explanation. Also many slides were not covered at all. As a result, some of the terminology in the quiz questions at the end of the chapter, did not even sound familiar with me, even though we had just completed the chapter. I did have the impression that he had the knowledge required to teach the course. It was more an issue of bringing it across to the students. Organizational aspects by Learners Ink were good. No remarks.
