The course is very detailed with a lot of resources and notes. If I did have a question, I got a response in a timely manner. I really appreciate Linda and her training method. She gave a lot of opportunities to learn by doing which is how I learn well. I was previously in accounting and had zero transcribing practice but was able to learn and pass!

My experiences with the instructor have been very positive ever since I started the course. Whenever I've had a question, the instructor has always gotten back to me with the answer. I find that she is very kind, professional, helpful and easy to get along with. She inspires me to succeed and graduate. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done and is doing. I hope to meet her one day and give her a big hug. As for the course, I am very happy with the course content. The videos and handouts are easy to follow and understand. I like the practice assignments which are to get me ready for the real world. I am looking forward to the day I graduate and start my apprenticeship. And then a new career working from home. I highly recommend the course and the instructor with no hesitations.
