I learned about the learn To Transcribe… I learned about the learn To Transcribe course through TikTok. I sat on the fence for a while, hesitant to bite the bullet but I am so happy I did. I am only halfway through the online course but I have already learned so much more than I expected. The online student group is a wonderful support and Linda, the course creator, is very responsive and engaged with her students. This is not your typical online, work at your own pace, course. It truly feels like I am back in school, using my brain, and learning. It feels amazing having a purpose and working towards the end goal of becoming a legal transcriber. 5 Star Legal Transcription Training I took the Legal Transcription Training with Paid Apprenticeship Opportunity course and can confidently say that it was money well spent! The course is very detailed with a lot of resources and notes. If I did have a question, I got a response in a timely manner. I really appreciate Linda and her training method. She gave a lot of opportunities to learn by doing which is how I learn well. I was previously in accounting and had zero transcribing practice but was able to learn and pass!

I knew nothing about transcription but decided at the last minute to make a blind leap to learn more about it before the registration closed. I wasn't sure what to expect on how the training would go, but what I didn't expect was the passion and the expertise that Linda held. She guided my classmate and I step-by-step and answered every single question we had. If we didn't understand something, she would back up and go over the information until we did understand. My experiences with the instructor have been very positive ever since I started the course. Whenever I've had a question, the instructor has always gotten back to me with the answer. I find that she is very kind, professional, helpful and easy to get along with. She inspires me to succeed and graduate. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done and is doing. I hope to meet her one day and give her a big hug. As for the course, I am very happy with the course content. The videos and handouts are easy to follow and understand. I like the practice assignments which are to get me ready for the real world. I am looking forward to the day I graduate and start my apprenticeship. And then a new career working from home.
