Its been my experience from this instance that People Cert has employed trainers who are easy to understand, can manage time and allow adequate time for questions from students. Expect poor communication and cancellations I was warned that they would most likely cancel my courses and drag out when the course would happen. I was not given a reason, I assume they had limited numbers, which shouldn't be my problem. After I enrolled there was no communications except to log into the portal, which had the course and no other info. The "chat" help was of very little help they pushed me off to operations, which never got back to me.
