Valuable contribution to Step 2CK preparation! I want to share my great experience with Elite Medical Prep. I am an IMG from Republic of Belarus. I've attended an USMLE Step 2CK review course and I like it so much. I've got a lot of useful tips how to solve test questions. Plenty of difficult questions from different topics were discussed in this awesome course. I want to thank our excellent tutors, Dr. Brus-Ramer and Dr. Rubin, for there clear explanations and willingness to help students understand topics better. They shared with us valuable strategies and techniques in a test approaching. This course made a substantial contribution in my Step 2CK preparation.

This course was worth it! This course was incredible! I loved how it was laid out and structured and really focused on the absolute highest yield material. That being said, I didn't feel like anything was glossed over or overlooked. I also thought the caliber of the instructors was truly superb (especially Dr. Rubin). The format was also great - lecture style but still engaging. I felt so comfortable participating and also learning from the material presented.

Elite Medical Prep Elite Medical Prep was very helpful in improving my USMLE Step 1 score. I was struggling to get my score up on my own and saw a significant jump with the help of my tutor. My wonderful tutor reviewed high yield material with me, suggested useful ways for me to adjust my study techniques and manage my time. She taught me the best approach to answering questions, and most importantly, reviewing the questions I got wrong. Finally, she motivated me to keep going and pushed me at times when I wanted to give up!

Thanks EMP and Rhodes!! Thank you so much EMP and Rhodes Hambrick for the superb tutoring which helped pass my USMLE Step 3. Step 3 has been my most successful and gratifying exam of all USMLEs. I prepared for this exam in less time and scored better in relative terms compared to the rest. Rhodes helped me to be efficient with my preparation considering my time constraints. He showed me the value of flashcards to consolidate memory and coached me on how to approach questions strategically. With his wealth of medical knowledge, he explained my areas of weakness. From day one, Rhodes was very organized and systematic. He provided a personalized study schedule so that I covered all the material needed for the exam. Rhodes is a friendly guy and its easy to talk to him. He gives you honest feedback when needed. Thanks Rhodes for helping me to expand my medical knowledge and become a better physician!

Great overall! I think they offer a great product overall. The tutor I had was extremely knowledgeable and I believe she helped me a lot. My issue wasn't self-motivation, although if that is your problem a specialized tutor like this could help. My issue was more seeing the larger picture and connecting the dots between presentation-> diagnosis and whatever it was they were asking be it histo, adverse events etc. Getting quizzed and asked to explain your reasoning is ALWAYS a good way to illustrate your understanding or lack of it. Additionally its useful to have someone to hold you accountable for your study schedule (as well as help you plan it). What holds me back from giving it a full 5/5 review is just the price. Don't get me wrong on two counts: 1) they are no more expensive than most 1:1 STEP tutors you'll find and 2) med school is really expensive so paying a few thousand extra for "the most important test of your life" does seem like a drop in the bucket... but still ~$200/hr can feel like a ripoff if the experience is not adding that value back into your studying/results. For me it was worth it, but I understand for others it may be an unnecessary expense, especially when what they offer you can find elsewhere in a dedicated study buddy and all the top touted resources.
