I was paired with a tutor who (actually) customized a program for me. She tracked my progress and keyed in my key weaknesses that I could firm up. Elite Medical Prep Elite Medical Prep was very helpful in improving my USMLE Step 1 score. I was struggling to get my score up on my own and saw a significant jump with the help of my tutor. My wonderful tutor reviewed high yield material with me, suggested useful ways for me to adjust my study techniques and manage my time. She taught me the best approach to answering questions, and most importantly, reviewing the questions I got wrong. My tutor My tutor, Anup, was great for me. He did an excellent job of really focusing on my weaknesses and also my preferred ways of learning. I really felt like he took the time to look at my previous results and geared my studies toward the information gained from those. He was very encouraging which was great for me but also was honest when he needed to be. He was also willing to try different things in our sessions together. We did cases, UWorld, quick review of important points in FA, etc. I worked with Anup for Step 1, 3rd year rotation exams, and Step 2 CK and CS. I wish I would have started working with EMP during my first two years of medical school. I would highly recommend the company.
