My journey with Level Up… I started my tech journey with Level Up in Tech with zero technical knowledge! I came in with an HR background, but had seen how the ecosystem at my current employer had shifted more towards data and technology. I was able to learn multiple coding languages and received certifications along the way. I am proud to say that I have transitioned within my company to a process manager role supporting card technology! This would have never been possible without the training and knowledge I received during the program! I was specifically told that my training and technical knowledge is what put me above the rest of the candidates!
