45 Minutes to Change I have met with several "career" coaches in the past. I was never inspired or felt they really told me anything that I didn't already know --my struggle was setting and reaching my goals. I always settle. In 45 minutes Matt gave me an action plan with tactics and then sent me backup material to help me execute. 45 minutes. Truly amazing. He gave me half a dozen powerful tools but my favorite was "Go Dark and get to work." I cannot wait to get to work and see what happens. Thanks Matt.

Uncaging My Potential Working with Matt has been incredibly impactful for me. Before I met him, I was recovering from career burnout and trying to get my business off the ground. Amazing Program - Invest in Yourself Matt's program was the first time I stepped back and thought about what success means to me - success in business & financial terms -AND success in relationships, spirtuality, health and dimensions. Matt's program forces you to confront unfamiliar ways of thinking about success and start building your own success on your terms - success for life! I've found this to be one of the only programs in a long career that really helped me think outside of corporate business terms and corporate success to think about personal growth, and what success means for myself, my wife, and what I'm building for the future. Matt's been great, and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Uncaged Life Design Exceeded my Expectations on ALL Levels I encountered the Uncaged Life Design program as part of leaving Corporate. I had already decided to launch my own business but had no clue how to go about it. When I encountered Matt and he took me through the introduction and onboarding process signing up was a clear next step for me. I am happy to say it as exceeded my expectations. This program is helping me to define and launch my new career while also helping me to transform the way I approach living my personal life. I would not recommend this program to someone who just wants to start a business. However, if you want to transform your career while also enhancing all other aspects of your life in a positive and caring way than this program is worth the investment (both financial and experiential).
