GBLoved this program! I loved this program and connecting with the other members of the cohort. Lauren is a skillful facilitator who provided thought provoking excercises for the group to work with and through during our weeks together. I valued the opportunity to dive more deeply into hopes, dreams and desires, regarding my next moves in life. It's rare that we give ourselves the time to think through these possibilities. Lauren has created a program that provides a lighted path for the journey. I greatly appreciated her time, energy and the opportunity to participate. I benefited tremendously from being a part of the What's Next program and would recommend to anyone who finds themselves at an impasse and could use some gentle and supported direction.

Make no mistake - you need to do the work, but rest assured you are in good hands with a strong facilitator and team to get you unstuck, help clarify your thinking, and challenge you in the best ways possible. Lauren is patient, non-judgmental, and so generous with her time, and it is amazing what a few weeks can do to stimulate change.

GBAdding articulation, prioritization, and focus to goal-setting Lauren's goal setting session helped me articulate and break down my goals into manageable, achievable tasks. Lauren's prioritization tactics helped narrow my focus to the goals I wanted to work on first, to help avoid feeling overwhelmed and getting stuck.
