GBStrategic Workforce Planning Review Just completed the Strategic Workforce Planning Certification Class. I felt the class was good overall, and provided a lot of great information. However, I felt the material would have been better spread out over another day or so. I think it was a little rushed, and there was some sections that were more detailed and required more attention than others. I also think we could have used more samples to work with, vs. always using our own organization's information. I think it would have provided a better foundation for our learning and provided clear examples, vs. us having to try and figure a lot of things out, when this is our first time going through the material.

GBExcellent 3 day training session Excellent 3 day training session. I recommend at various times throughout the day to have people stand while they're being trained. All topics were very interesting and I gained great insight. Mark did an excellent job presenting.

GBGreat speaker; bad tech issues Great speaker, but very bad technical issues. The speaker's laptop had some weird intermittent technical issues throughout the two day course. Sometimes we heard him plainly, while other times his voice cut out or sounded garbled like he was talking underwater. THe speaker is very knowledgeable and provided good insights and examples. It was just a shame to have tech delays and interruptions. For a pricey course, I expected top notch from HCI. I contacted my HCI account liaison, and he was helpful during the process.

GBI know I can trust HCI! I know I can trust HCI! HCI is one of the top partners I know I can always rely on. I love their webinars not only because of the content but the enthusiasm and energy of the presenters and attendees. The webinar world is very saturated but with HCI, I never feel as if I've wasted time or money.

GB2 Good presentations Two out of the five presenters held my attention. I really thought that Shelly and Justin's material and presentation was the most thought provoking. 2nd would be Elora's presentation. The others felt like they were just reading their slides.
