Recertification Process is a Joke Don't expect to have an easy time trying to figure out how many credits you have towards recertifcation. They require a certain amount of credits, but there is not an easy way to determine how many you have. You need to count them invidually. Then to make matters worse, their recertification process requires you to upload a copy of your HCI transcript, but that cannot be downloaded. I guess they want you to screenshot it. I am incredibly disappointed, but have to play their games because I need recertification.

The content and tools provided will help us move our workforce into the future, meeting our strategic goals. Really great training course! Meghan was awesome! Meghan Hargrave lead the course, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She allowed everyone to participate and made sure we all felt included. She presented well, kept everything interesting and was well prepared. I liked that participants could go into breakrooms to discuss topics and had the opportunity to hear from other colleagues.

Excellent Course I loved the Strategic Workforce Planning course. It was the 2nd one I have taken by HCI. Totally worth the time and money. The instructor was experienced and an excellent adult educator/ trainer. She went the extra mile to keep us engaged, working together and learning. She also stayed after the class to answer additional questions- super helpful. The curriculum on point with what is needed for walking away with knowledge you can apply immediately. I trust HCI to deliver training that is up to date with current trends and embedded in real world practice. Well done!

HCI SWP course I recently attended the two day on-line HCI course on Strategic Workforce Planning. I found it very valuable. The instructor Karen was very knowledgeable and the course ran at a perfect pace. There were breaks on the hour which was wonderful. The content itself was very applicable to my role and was easy to follow. I also really enjoyed the other participants in class. It was the right level of instruction and group discussion and activities. I was able to pass the exam in one try!
