Outstanding facilitator! Meghan was an outstanding facilitator for the Strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification class. She kept us all engaged in a three-day, virtual course--a hard thing to do. I learned a lot and felt like the course has given me a lot of takeaway and use with my employer.

Great Experience The experience was really great. The guest speakers were excellent in their delivery and were experts on the Discussion topics. HCI is keeping current with trending statisitics and relevent topics. Love how you can go back and view the videos and presentations if by chance you were distracted by work during the conference.

The content and tools provided will help us move our workforce into the future, meeting our strategic goals. Engaging content and facilitation Had an amazing training with Karen this week on succession training. She is exteremely knowledgable and built in some levity and humor that helped to break up the content. She was also very mindful of breaks needed to reflect and reatin the information. She provided a ton of exmaples which allowed the content really come to life. She went the extra mile to use words and phrases that are a major part of pur company which not only made us feel understood but also cared for. I highly recommend Karen for succession training. After leaving this session I feel that I have a very solid understanding of how to apply the content in a meaningful way.

HCI SWP course I recently attended the two day on-line HCI course on Strategic Workforce Planning. I found it very valuable. The instructor Karen was very knowledgeable and the course ran at a perfect pace. There were breaks on the hour which was wonderful. The content itself was very applicable to my role and was easy to follow. I also really enjoyed the other participants in class. It was the right level of instruction and group discussion and activities. I was able to pass the exam in one try!
