I purchased an annual subscription not… I purchased an annual subscription not realizing I had already purchased one with another supplier. I emailed MasterCPE and they responded right away and advised me they were processing the refund and the anticipated wait time. The refund was processed within that time with no issue or need for me to ask again. I would certainly use them again.

Master CPE advertised a false discount Master CPE advertised a discount, but I was not able to claim it when I registered and paid. False advertising. I contacted them and got a refund for the discount. My error when registering.
