SULEKHA.COM waste of time!! SULEKHA. COM IS INDEED ONE VERY VERY POORLY ORGANIZED AND DOES NOT VALUE IT'S OWN CONTRACT OR GIVE YOU A GOOD SERVICE ONLINE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MOST OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MEMBERS SEVERAL TIMES. BUT THEY DO NOT EVER READ THE ADVERTISEMENT OR CORRECT THEIR ERRORS. SULEKHA. COM IS MONEY WASTED.

Sulekha is run by jerks Purchased show tickets through Sulkeha and the event was cancelled less than 24 hours from start time. Sulekha refused to provide full refund keeping all the transaction fees for no reason. When I demanded my full amount back they said “transaction fee is nothing.” It’s not nothing, it’s my hard earned money!! These people are jerks, me and my family will not be buying anything off Sulekha again. Even Ticketmaster gives full refund for cancelled shows. Sulekha has unethical business practices and keeps their customers hard earned money. Don’t buy from them!!

Sulekha, Vinooth & Rajesh Are Awesome Vinooth & Rajesh are absolutely wonderful who helped me set up our ad. They follow up and make sure that everything is ok in our ad. Very prompt and wonderful help from two of them. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great service from Sulekha by contacting Vinooth & Rajesh. Overall, Sulekha is awesome & hope they will always keep us vendors rate lower to keep us continuing business with them.
