Great help with an account issue As an SIC note investor, I recently had a technical issue with one of my recent note purchases populating to my Lake City servicing account. I mentioned this to Heather Meredith, one of my main investor contacts - even though servicing is not her responsibility, Heather jumped right in and wrestled the issue to resolution. It took a few rounds, but she was always immediate in her responses to me, kept me informed of progress, and did what it took to get the issue resolved. Again, even though not in her lane. I really appreciate people with a can-do attitude, great customer service focus, and high standards of care that Heather exhibited here. The world needs more people like Heather, and SIC is fortunate to have her!

Worst portfolio ever These people created the worst investment portfolio ever. They don't know what they are doing half the time, and I hated their lack of knowledge. These are not the professionals they claim to be. It's more of a risk invest with their help than on your own!
