Awesome experience Nice customer service, still using mt5 , website is Nice and easy understandable

Slow customer experience Its been 8 days i am restricted to trade due to the transition to match trader from the mt5. They provide a very slow customer support. Still waiting for the nee account credentials

I was not told that they would be… I was not told that they would be changing their platform to MT5. I found out in the midst of me trading when I lost connection and after inquiring on the chat I was told that the migration would be complete on April 21st. Today on April 24th it's not up from what I can tell. In the meantime, there has not been any communication with me on the status, except when I go the chat. I don't even know if I still have an account since I was still trading when the platform shut down.

Best Firm I have experienced Guys, i know its new firm with less reviews but believe me you have accept this firm will be on the top in upcoming days. Best services and quick response from chat, very friendly staff. Although I have received Live account today and I'll update my payout certificate once received. 6 stars ratings from my side out of 5.
