Off to an Amazing Start! Bridger and I started working together recently to help with my decision to completely change my business model & integrate a sales team to my coaching business. Things have been awesome in this first phase: I was quickly set up with 2 setters and a closer, and Bridger has helped me with my sales team leadership strategy and management, and has connected me to other skilled professionals to optimize my business!

Bridger placed me as a setter for adspend.com and I'm loving It because I'm learning a lot while also getting paid for it :) after 2 weeks I’ve made just over $2,000 USD in commissions!! Life Changing! Up to date, I'm really concentrating and focusing on this one tournament I've been doing and in terms of activity, I've never felt so clear and focused on a goal. I'm actually doing my first podcast with another youth coach today to start creating a community of youth soccer coaches sharing ideas to improve the sport in America. I'm sure I'll need help soon as I've never attempted to start a movement currently not happening in our industry. And I've also never lived my life with so much discipline probably because I've never felt so clear in my direction in everything that I do
