So thrilled we got the frog! So thrilled we got the frog! My daughter is 2 and always super excited to open her edZOOcation box. The frog life cycle toys and of course the magazine really captured her attention for a while!

Customer Support is NOT great We have loved these boxes for awhile. Unfortunately due to costs, we had to pause our subscription for a few months. I just un-paused it and ordered this month's box. I got an email stating that it shipped 10 days ago, however, it only says "pre-shipment label created" and it was never actually shipped by the company. I have tried to contact the customer support for the company through email (3x), phone (2x), and through the chat feature on the website and I have gotten NO response for days. I am extremely disappointed and have received emails saying "Let us know how much you love the box" or "award winning customer service" but it just isn't there. At this point they took my $45 and I received nothing in return. I have canceled my subscription and will no longer support this company.
