A Story of a Life Long Seeker Meera has been my Light Coach for four years. In September 2019 I signed up for an Anxiety Support Group and I have been blessed with her guidance ever since. Before meeting Meera I have been suffering from Anxiety and unexplained panic attacks. From 1985 till 2019, I was seeking help from Therapy, Raiki, Energy work, Multigenerational Family Therapy, Inner Child Work, Pranic Healing, Shamanic Breathwork, Course in Miracles... As you can see I am a seeker. During this time of seeking I became aware of a past life. This pass life was affecting how I was seeing the world. I was in need of healing. Sheronda was her name, She/I lived during the Holocaust. There were many friends and healers that tried to help me to move her on, but it never was a total healing. In 2019 when I was taking Meera's anxiety support group, I could sense that Meera has the skill and guidance that she would be able to help me to integrate Sheronda. I am happy to say that Meera's did have the skill for me to intergrate Sheronda. I am now walking this journey of life with a beautiful ability to move forward without the extreme problems of deprivation, despair, and lack of abundance.
