Founded by Harvard graduates, Ladder Internships offers a world-class internship program for ambitious high school students. With us, students have the chance to work with startups on impactful projects that align with their interests. Our programs offer hands-on professional experiences, foster early career exploration, and provide a tangible edge in competitive college admissions. In our eight-week-long flagship program, interns are immersed in a professional work environment where they collaborate with some of the world’s most dynamic founders, gaining practical insights and understanding the intricacies of a professional career. From devising market reports and strategies to creating apps, participants build real-world projects that matter and resonate with their interests. This not only enables them to showcase unique experiences and tangible outcomes in their college applications but also significantly elevates their profile among their peers. Ladder Internship As of now, I am halfway through my internship experience. So far, it has been incredible, especially considering how difficult it is to intern as a high school student. I have learned more about the field I am interested in through my intern experience and am extremely grateful for this opportunity.

My Experience with Ladder Internship As a current High school student it is very difficult for me to find places to intern for that is tailored to my interests. However, with ladder internship I was able to intern for a company that suits my interests and gain so many valuable skills, like creating an advertisement. Moreover, I got to explore my interests throughout the process of being an intern. My manager and team are all super supportive and nice and my fellow interns and I work so well together. Ladder has definitely given me a once in a lifetime experience in high school and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be an intern under the ladder program.
