My experience with Ladder Internships Overall, I really enjoyed the program. My intern managers were great. They helped me whenever I encountered roadblocks and I truly learnt a lot, both soft skills and subject specific knowledge. I also liked how well-structured the program was. I learnt valuable lessons from the Sparkwise sessions. I will carry these learnings with me as I study in college and work in a professional setting.

Invaluable Experience Firstly, their communication is beyond great. They have solutions to every problem that you incur before applying or after getting accepted. Secondly, the experience is one of a kind. You’ll seldom get to work with such distinctive individuals from different continents of the world. Besides this, I had the opportunity to communicate my concerns and with others helping refine my ideas and thinking process - I grew. The team ensures your analytical thinking skills are put to test and honed simultaneously. This is (without exaggeration) one of the best internships you can be a part of.

My Experience with Ladder Internship As a current High school student it is very difficult for me to find places to intern for that is tailored to my interests. However, with ladder internship I was able to intern for a company that suits my interests and gain so many valuable skills, like creating an advertisement. Moreover, I got to explore my interests throughout the process of being an intern. My manager and team are all super supportive and nice and my fellow interns and I work so well together. Ladder has definitely given me a once in a lifetime experience in high school and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be an intern under the ladder program.
