In our eight-week-long flagship program, interns are immersed in a professional work environment where they collaborate with some of the world’s most dynamic founders, gaining practical insights and understanding the intricacies of a professional career. From devising market reports and strategies to creating apps, participants build real-world projects that matter and resonate with their interests. My experience with Ladder Internships Overall, I really enjoyed the program. My intern managers were great. They helped me whenever I encountered roadblocks and I truly learnt a lot, both soft skills and subject specific knowledge. I also liked how well-structured the program was. I learnt valuable lessons from the Sparkwise sessions. I will carry these learnings with me as I study in college and work in a professional setting.
