Ladder Experience As a student, taking the step and trying out an internship can be a scary experience. We don't really know what to expect and everything is new. However, Ladder has made this experience great for me. Ladder ensures that every intern is comfortable and creates an environment where a student can foster a working and learning mindset. The people at Ladder are very supportive and always ready to be approached with any questions or concerns. I have had a great experience here at Ladder and I am glad to have found this opportunity. I believe that every student should try this program at least once because it offers valuable insights into the professional environment and provides hands-on experience in the desired field of interest. Although experiences can vary, I would like to share my own. Personally, I have enjoyed almost every aspect of this program. From my team and manager to learning about my area of internship, I have found every aspect of it valuable. Speaking of my manager, he is genuinely a fantastic person. He makes for a great manager who considers our goals and skills and creates a plan, assigning us tasks that suit our goals and abilities. He creates an environment that is welcoming to interns and encourages the enjoyment of learning. He is supportive and always ready to provide additional help. My team is also amazing. We all have our unique set of strengths and weaknesses, which makes us stronger as a team. Additionally, we get along well and enjoy conversing with each other. Regarding the work itself, the workload is quite balanced. My team and manager specifically have created a task plan, which satisfies our needs. This was a great step forward as it allows us, as interns, to work with more clarity. Overall, this has been a valuable and enjoyable experience for me. I will forever cherish my experience here at Ladder. It has given me hands-on experience and valuable insights into the professional field.
