All has been good except that they have… All has been good except that they have a couple of new people on the customer service team who take a bit longer to respond than I’m used to. I had to wait for 3 minutes till they checked my order to say the writer was working on it. Not that bad but could be better. Have been a returning client for 3 years.

Best writers there almost never take… Best writers there almost never take 3-hour orders unless it’s less than 3 pages at least that was what I was told by their customer support. I have been using them for a year now and I always had great writers except this time that I got a B. I guess I’ll just have to be careful about my deadlines and not post last-minute orders

It was a pleasure working with… It was a pleasure working with BookwormLab. They were super helpful getting my daughter to prepare an essay for her class. It was a really hard topic to write for a 14-year old girl who is not supposed to have read Plato’s original texts. I am not proud of using the service but if you need to, they are probably the best.
