I have never trusted websites like this… I have never trusted websites like this one but, ironically, I had to use their services once in my life. You know, these guys are like pizza with pineapples - everyone says they hate it before they actually try and when they do, it’s not that bad lol

All has been good except that they have… All has been good except that they have a couple of new people on the customer service team who take a bit longer to respond than I’m used to. I had to wait for 3 minutes till they checked my order to say the writer was working on it. Not that bad but could be better. Have been a returning client for 3 years.

Best writers there almost never take… Best writers there almost never take 3-hour orders unless it’s less than 3 pages at least that was what I was told by their customer support. I have been using them for a year now and I always had great writers except this time that I got a B. I guess I’ll just have to be careful about my deadlines and not post last-minute orders

Customer service is very professional… Customer service is very professional and timely. The paper that was returned was of great quality and was delivered well within the time. I have not found the need to use a writing services except this once time.
