I submitted a task and made a mistake in the due date, however I decided after less than 24 hours to cancel the task and ask for a refund. They told me that they need to take 30% of the money as the task was already submitted, then I told them that f they initiated already the task then send me whatever they started to write and take the 30%. However, they told me that they did not initiate the task yet but still they will deduct me 30% !!!! This an explicit robbery. In addition to that the amount of refund left will be in your balance in their website instead of sending it back to your bank account so that they make sure that you will have to add more money on top of it for another task.
