Going well so far I have started the supplements and I've enjoyed reading the book. The book is VERY informative. I've also adopted some of the exercises to my established routine. It wasnae the worst, but it wasnae that great ether. Prices were neither cheap nor overprice, just ordinairy. Nae real complaints aboot the site but nae real wow-faci either. Nae advice gien on hou tae use the products etc, just bare infacrmation aboot the products with nae real attachments tae them. Just an averge website, widnae reccomend.

I don't like that they almost always do not give existing or longtime customers any discounts. I paid less buying from Amazon than the company website.

Recently purchased a book on-line from… Recently purchased a book on-line from Ben's Natural Health. Promptly received the book; surprised by its size - larger than expected. Only issue was during the checkout at the submit/confirm order, the next page was blank and I received no confirmation at that time that the order was completed. I did, however, receive an email a few minutes later with the purchase and confirmation information. Maybe was just a glitch in the system at the moment I placed my order.
