The book I purchased from your site. The book I purchased from you I am enjoying. Because of the wealth of information, it's taking me awhile to read through it and digest it (no pun intended). Everyone has different metabolisms so I can use some but not all of the information. I have implemented a few items into my daily regimen but haven't gotten fully through the book yet. I do not need any more supplements because I'm already using supplements that work and work really well.

Over the yrs Over the yrs , I have tried many different prostate supplements, with very little positive results. However, with Ben's, I have found some great relief from prostate issues. Going well so far I have started the supplements and I've enjoyed reading the book. The book is VERY informative. I've also adopted some of the exercises to my established routine. There is an issue of Total Health For… There is an issue of Total Health For The Prostate 180 Vegicaps which have some two pieces of pills that have been loosed in the two fallen apart of one whole pill several times.
