GBUSMLE-RX not challenging, and comes with customer support issues USMLE-RX is a question bank that I personally used to lead me up prior to using UWorld for step 1 and 2. The question bank is good to get you started with facts and common high-yield information. The question/answer explanations are short and simple. I hesitantly only recommend the question bank to somebody that does not have a large starting knowledge base. In order to avoid any of that customer service nonsense (below) and have more detailed answer explanations, better graphics(X-rays, MRI, CT, flowcharts, tables), and questions that stumble you, I would not recommend my friends or anyone USMLE-RX. This was my experience with customer support. For some reason on my end I didn’t have the option to be able to resubscribe. I sent screenshots and documentation showing them my issues. After an excessive amount of emails, instead of processing on their end or in general helping me, Louise Petersen over at customer support made it impossible for me to be able to re-subscribe. Louise Petersen was unprofessional and refused to allow a different customer service representative to help me. The service expired so automatically I couldn’t resubscribe. There are no people available to speak to you over the phone.

GBI love how easy I can check the book… I love how easy I can check the book and also make flash cards. The flash cards are not just for memory work but also make you think. I did, however, need some customer support but did not get an answer for my query.

GBUSMLE Rx is the ultimate in USMLE… USMLE Rx is the ultimate in USMLE preparation. This is a fact and there is no doubt about it. It was very helpful for my preparation and showed me what is really important. The high yield concepts is the gold standard for anyone preparing for the USMLE exams.

GBI got the program for usmle step 1 and… I got the program for usmle step 1 and step 2, I liked the questions, I like the feedback every time you answer a questions although I sent feedback on some of them and never heard back, there's always a connection issue, happens every day, I have to restart the computer and I lose the information, I tried reaching out to customer service, never heard back, wrote again, never heard back, it's a shame because the program is actually very good but the customer service is terrible, no one is there to assist you, like ever and the connection issues happen every day multiple times a day so I just got used to restarting my computer
