While everything tastes decent While everything tastes decent, all it is is flavored salt. I followed the directions as written drinking 2 BHB drinks a day over a 5 days period with 1 shake at lunch. I was so overloaded with salt that I was lethargic, couldn't think straight, could barely stay awake, plus my entire body was swollen from the water weight. Each drink had 1040mg of sodium with each shake adding 200mg more! People aren't supposed to intake more than 1500mg a day. Total scam, Don't waste your money.

Average but love the product offering Average, most what I would call advanced and desirable functions like subscription service don’t work. Reordering doesn’t seem to exist. Each order is a new first time order. But neither does GNC’s yet.

Products Good I think the products will purchased were great. The meal replacement is delicious and the BHB helps with energy. However other than the purchase of those two products, there was virtually no information on what to do or how to do it in order to be successful. I was constantly researching all my questions on the internet and it took a lot of digging. Also the app I was told to download was not user friendly and difficult to find anything I wanted.

It helped me lose the first 15 pounds… It helped me lose the first 15 pounds but I have stalled out. I don't know if the smaller containers if shake mix are a different strength or what. They were smaller containers and the second order sent are large containers. If this third order of it doesn't help, then will switch to just a straight keto diet instead.
