Customer Service is Great, Needs Variety Though Customer Service is great, Meals are good. There is only so much you can do with a high protein, gluten free menu. Prices are best I’ve found so far. Only wish there was a little more variety, a delivery with 6 meals has 2 of each so it feels like I’m eating the same thing every day.

As an additional snack or breakfast, perhaps. I would consider a refreshing juice: fruit and veggie combo? Just a thought. Other than that, meals are delish! :)

Does Not Follow Food Safety Guidelines Meals were transported from one location to another without being placed in proper temperatures. I asked that my meals be placed in bags with ice packs the same as other meals that are shipped and was denied. The meals are placed in foil lined bags in plastic containers which are not acceptable for the transportation of raw or cooked food for long periods. My pickup location was a minimum of 1 1-2 hours from the kitchen where the meals are cooked. Meals are to be kept at either 140 degrees warm or at 40 degrees cool within 2 hours of being cooked and these were not. The meals also taste like dry leftovers not freshly prepared food.

I have enjoyed my experience with them… I have enjoyed my experience with them so far. Very accommodating when I needed to put my meals on hold. As far as the food, most meals were very good. Vegetables tended to be bland, same with the potatoes when they were included. The meats were always nice and tender. Can't wait to start getting them again when my bank account permits.

Breakfast needs work Wish they delivered more often and different plans for breakfast as well. They have many plans which is great to meet your needs but Breakfast is the same no matter what plan you have. They get four stars because the food and portions are good.
