CAI called to speak with a representative… I called to speak with a representative because the online rapid-fire add-ons to what I had chosen to buy were annoying me and making it difficult to tell exactly what I needed to do. The woman I spoke with was calm and patient and she clarified my choice and said she would send me a link to be able to download the digital books accompanying the order I placed for supplements. She explained what I would receive by email when the order is shipped. She asked if I needed any other assistance. I thanked her for her help.

GBMy digestion is better with floraspring I have a laxative dependency for ivwr 30 years and I have a lazy colon because of that and i also have problem with digesting food and the food stuck in my tummy for days and hardly eliminating and my tummy becomes big frim hardly go to the bathroom. When I take floraspring, i don’t want to say that my problem is fixed but I feel like I go more often to the bathroom cause for me personally floraspring helps me in digesting food. I feel like it helps me breaking down food and I can go to bathroom more often than I used to.

GBWorst customer service buyer beware’ I received my 1shipment but due to a change in medication wasn’t able to try the product right away before I could get through- bottle another shipment arrived I called customer support and ask for return instructions because I wasn’t aware I had even subscribed and I didn’t want the product to sit when I was sure it was working, the woman told be send the 2nd box back and she would cancel the subscription, that was 4days ago. Today 6 bottles showed up instead of cancelling she charged my card for double the order, I called today only to be talk over repeatedly until I had to raise my voice because Renee(customer service rep.) tried to tell me there was a back order so I was due for 6 more bottles on top of the 3 that shipped 4/18 the decide to ship 6 bottles on 4/23 I told her 6 bottles was never order it 3 she continued to talk over me I screamed I’m the customer let me speak she hung up, I called back 5x only to get a recording saying they’ve evacuated the building!!!!! This is why we can’t trust these snake oil scammers!!!

GBI placed my order for the Vital Muscle… I placed my order for the Vital Muscle and never received. I kept getting a different story from Revival Point customer service. Their customer service sucks ! Revival Point took my money for this product and never gave me a tracking number. I called their customer service several times and they kept telling me that they will provide me with a tracking number the next day which they never did! Needless to say I asked them for my refund and now wondering if they will give me my refund. I hope they do!
