I got a notice on the screen telling me I would get my next auto-shipment of the product on Oct. 14th. I didn't want an automatic charge for more of this product before I could try it out within the first 90 days of use. I called the 1-800 number and was greeted by a customers service rep. who immediately resolved this issue and sent me a confirmation email of resolution. So far, so good. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service I received.

We have been trying for years all different diets and starvation is not one diet I recommend. Moderation for us is more acceptable. We love our food and wine and we are not prepared to live without it. Even extreme exercise is not the best solution. We could never sprint or lift or exercise massively, we are both over 50 and we have added gentle intermittent running and walking and occasionally swimming.
