About Revival Point

Our mission, since starting in 2015 in New York City, has been to provide men and women across the country with a healthy and high functioning digestive system, which is a foundation of good energy, health, and happiness. We achieve this by providing three specific products: Floraspring, Floraboost, and Florazymes, which help microbiome flora and the gut lining in order to improve digestion. Our products are all-natural, vegetarian, gluten, soy, allergen, and dairy-free. All ingredients are made and tested right here in the USA. I will will be honest with another Review in 3 months I ordered nine bottles of Floraspring and a month later received another three more bottles. I sent an email to the support line and explained saying I have five month's supply of Floraspring so could we stop, the order of Floraspring until September. Not cancel it but put it on hold until September. I received my reply next from Floraspring the next again day thank you so much for your quick response. At the moment everything going to plan, I have been on it for one week and I do feel it's working, I have noticed my weight and my energy improving. I would like to put a comment on trustpilot.com after three months of taking Floraspring to let people know how it's worked for me please.

I placed my order for the Vital Muscle… I placed my order for the Vital Muscle and never received. I kept getting a different story from Revival Point customer service. Their customer service sucks ! Revival Point took my money for this product and never gave me a tracking number. I called their customer service several times and they kept telling me that they will provide me with a tracking number the next day which they never did! Needless to say I asked them for my refund and now wondering if they will give me my refund. I hope they do!

Worst customer service buyer beware’ I received my 1shipment but due to a change in medication wasn’t able to try the product right away before I could get through- bottle another shipment arrived I called customer support and ask for return instructions because I wasn’t aware I had even subscribed and I didn’t want the product to sit when I was sure it was working, the woman told be send the 2nd box back and she would cancel the subscription, that was 4days ago. Today 6 bottles showed up instead of cancelling she charged my card for double the order, I called today only to be talk over repeatedly until I had to raise my voice because Renee(customer service rep.) tried to tell me there was a back order so I was due for 6 more bottles on top of the 3 that shipped 4/18 the decide to ship 6 bottles on 4/23 I told her 6 bottles was never order it 3 she continued to talk over me I screamed I’m the customer let me speak she hung up, I called back 5x only to get a recording saying they’ve evacuated the building!!!!! This is why we can’t trust these snake oil scammers!!!

I called to speak with a representative… I called to speak with a representative because the online rapid-fire add-ons to what I had chosen to buy were annoying me and making it difficult to tell exactly what I needed to do. The woman I spoke with was calm and patient and she clarified my choice and said she would send me a link to be able to download the digital books accompanying the order I placed for supplements. She explained what I would receive by email when the order is shipped. She asked if I needed any other assistance. I thanked her for her help.
