CAAwesomeness - pass it along and pay it forward 💕 I’ve been taking florasprings for 3-4 months (2-3 capsules a day) and I’m wearing my skinny clothes again, totally awesome feeling 🤩 I gave a bottle to a friend and she just got 3 bottles herself!! I’ve started taking the lemonade prebiotic a month ago; they seem to work well together. GBWorst customer service buyer beware’ I received my 1shipment but due to a change in medication wasn’t able to try the product right away before I could get through- bottle another shipment arrived I called customer support and ask for return instructions because I wasn’t aware I had even subscribed and I didn’t want the product to sit when I was sure it was working, the woman told be send the 2nd box back and she would cancel the subscription, that was 4days ago. Today 6 bottles showed up instead of cancelling she charged my card for double the order, I called today only to be talk over repeatedly until I had to raise my voice because Renee(customer service rep.) tried to tell me there was a back order so I was due for 6 more bottles on top of the 3 that shipped 4/18 the decide to ship 6 bottles on 4/23 I told her 6 bottles was never order it 3 she continued to talk over me I screamed I’m the customer let me speak she hung up, I called back 5x only to get a recording saying they’ve evacuated the building!!!!! This is why we can’t trust these snake oil scammers!!!

CAI called to speak with a representative… I called to speak with a representative because the online rapid-fire add-ons to what I had chosen to buy were annoying me and making it difficult to tell exactly what I needed to do. The woman I spoke with was calm and patient and she clarified my choice and said she would send me a link to be able to download the digital books accompanying the order I placed for supplements. She explained what I would receive by email when the order is shipped. She asked if I needed any other assistance. I thanked her for her help.

GBLian is the customer service person… Lian is the customer service person that helped me. She is extremely courteous, patient, focused, and eager to make amends to this order. Lian helped me by canceling my 1 bottle order and assisting me in making a better choice which was to order the 12 bottles for much larger savings. GBFloraspring has improved my overall… Floraspring has improved my overall digestion & elimination process, so that’s good although other probiotics have done that as well. I am waiting for other improvements and hope to see them soon! On balance, I’m happy with it and hoping it will have more impact on my health than the other pricey probiotics I’ve used. So it’s wait and see…
