GBNeeding help Please I placed my order at the end of October. Received two of the items I had ordered. But I have not yet received my third item. I did ask that I didn’t I want to be placed on a subscription. It was no problem they removed me from the subscription order. I ordered the floral enzymes, Revival point, but I did not receive the floral that cuts the cravings. Please advise Thank you Norma

GBI purchased one time produt only. I purchased one time produt, for a tryout, not signed anything, and still coming on my account , your company trying to charged me again without my consent. Please stop, I can’t leave my account like this, with the threatening of been charge again and again, for something I didn’t got it. Like I said, I bought once and only. I already asked my bank for a dispute, and I hope that will be enough for you guys realise I am not going to pay for that fake subscription you are trying to get me !

CAI called to speak with a representative… I called to speak with a representative because the online rapid-fire add-ons to what I had chosen to buy were annoying me and making it difficult to tell exactly what I needed to do. The woman I spoke with was calm and patient and she clarified my choice and said she would send me a link to be able to download the digital books accompanying the order I placed for supplements. She explained what I would receive by email when the order is shipped. She asked if I needed any other assistance. I thanked her for her help.

GBLian is the customer service person… Lian is the customer service person that helped me. She is extremely courteous, patient, focused, and eager to make amends to this order. Lian helped me by canceling my 1 bottle order and assisting me in making a better choice which was to order the 12 bottles for much larger savings. GBI placed my order for the Vital Muscle… I placed my order for the Vital Muscle and never received. I kept getting a different story from Revival Point customer service. Their customer service sucks ! Revival Point took my money for this product and never gave me a tracking number. I called their customer service several times and they kept telling me that they will provide me with a tracking number the next day which they never did! Needless to say I asked them for my refund and now wondering if they will give me my refund. I hope they do!
