The product is not working for me The product is not working for me. So I was trying to return it to get a refund. The representative keep telling me that he can not find any record of my order and they do not sell this product even after I told him that I have a charge on my bank account showing Revival Point as the creditor on March 19 2024.

However, the container package it arrives in and stored in daily is a catastrophe!!! The worst packaging system I have ever seen. It is awkward to use and spills all over. Auto pay error on first time purchase of product RESOLVED! As I was confirming payment of some "gut Health" or weight loss supplements. I got a notice on the screen telling me I would get my next auto-shipment of the product on Oct. 14th. I didn't want an automatic charge for more of this product before I could try it out within the first 90 days of use. I called the 1-800 number and was greeted by a customers service rep. who immediately resolved this issue and sent me a confirmation email of resolution. So far, so good. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service I received.
