However, the container package it arrives in and stored in daily is a catastrophe!!! The worst packaging system I have ever seen. It is awkward to use and spills all over. I will will be honest with another Review in 3 months I ordered nine bottles of Floraspring and a month later received another three more bottles. I sent an email to the support line and explained saying I have five month's supply of Floraspring so could we stop, the order of Floraspring until September. Not cancel it but put it on hold until September. I received my reply next from Floraspring the next again day thank you so much for your quick response. At the moment everything going to plan, I have been on it for one week and I do feel it's working, I have noticed my weight and my energy improving. I would like to put a comment on trustpilot.com after three months of taking Floraspring to let people know how it's worked for me please.

Like in all the diets and efforts for… Like in all the diets and efforts for loosing weight nothing works as a miracle. We have been trying for years all different diets and starvation is not one diet I recommend. Moderation for us is more acceptable. We love our food and wine and we are not prepared to live without it. Even extreme exercise is not the best solution. We could never sprint or lift or exercise massively, we are both over 50 and we have added gentle intermittent running and walking and occasionally swimming. Floraspring gives us the opportunity to feel better inside and in the long term we have seen results. We will continue our moderate exercise and diet though so we can stay healthy without the feeling of starvation and Floraspring will definitely help us to reduce our belly fat.
