Best way to learn AR with WebXR! If you really want to get started with browser-based AR this is the course for you. I experimented with AR before but I still learned a whole lot about AR in general, not just WebXR alone. I like the teaching style and the teacher answered all my questions within a short time and in detail. I wish I would have had this teacher when I started learning three.js. I hope they will launch other courses about related topics.

I must speak highly of the WebXR… I must speak highly of the WebXR Academy and their course “3JS, from zero to expert”. Their course was what I needed when I needed it. Moreover, when I had troubles comprehending what was being taught, I would write an email asking for clarification or help, and their professional staff contacted me with answers. They really care that you learn from their course. That’s it in a nutshell. When I first started down the augmented reality path, I used Unity and copied coding… ultimately I learned that my app was just that… an app that needed to be distributed by way of an online store. That was a let down. I wanted it to be accessible and distributed without such constraints. When I heard of WebXR’s course, it was the intro sample course. It was quite the teaser. Then their “3js zero to expert” course was released. I signed up for it immediately. I learned simple coding that created an AR session that could be distributed with a link. A phone or tablet would get a link and with a simple tap, I could showcase a colorful 3D model/rendering created in Cinema 4D. Don’t be put off from that if you don’t know C4D. You can use any modeling software or most models so long as they are exported properly. It was the course I needed to create what I was trying to accomplish. It opened up doors for me. When I said, “I must speak highly of…”, it is because after the course I could actually understand what and why I needed to do what I needed to do to create my AR sessions.
