Teaching was boring and stressful Teaching was boring. Some of the teachings should be animated, and the videos are really old it hurt the eye to look at them. All in all there was too much reading and it was really boring and stressful to go through all teaching. Please change the format of your certificate it looks like a print out.

This was the best course I could have… This was the best course I could have picked, it was easy at my own pace and honestly I became a more aware driver due to all the information I learned during the courses. I HIGHLY recommend this, immediately after finishing the course I got the email stating my certificate would be shipped out within 3days .

Very Frustrating My son took the course online. I paid to get the certificate and his driving record online. I received the certificate online but not the driving record. I received an email stating that they could not process it online with no reason. After many phone calls to Easy Driving Safety And The DPS, his audit number does not match on his driver’s license. Even though this wasn’t their fault, I felt like if they could not process the request, they should have given the reason. They did tell me that I had to request a refund. I did, and it’s been almost two weeks and have received nothing. Now, I had to snail mail a request for his driving record. Since he was late turning in all of his documents, we now have a court date so we can explain why he was late. I was told if his driving record arrives before the court date, that we can just bring it without seeing a judge. Very frustrating!

The course needs updating The course and certificate delivered meet my requirements. I think the videos need to be updated, as they are clearly from the ‘80s! Also, statistics in the reading material need to be updated, since citing numbers from 1999 is likely not accurate anymore. There were many old statistics quoted, recommendations to use a pay phone, and other outdated materials. If these were updated to include current problems, with more emphasis on texting and driving, school zones, and other misconceptions about the laws in Texas, then I would feel like I got more out of the class. Also, the course said to look up laws of using “hazard lights” in Texas. This is a Texas course, so just tell me the applicable laws!

This course is well written and the… This course is well written and the test questions were valid. Though some of the video's are older, they are still valid and have good information. The course needs to be updated on the current seat belt law in Texas. The law has changed now so that if an adult passenger is not buckled in, that passenger and not the driver gets the ticket.
