My wife and I have been taking this… My wife and I have been taking this product for over a year and a half now, and feel it helps both of us. It doesnt happen over night, you have to take this product for a while to get long term results. The shipping has always been great as they are great people to work with! If you are expecting miracles, this isnt it, but it does help and we feel it help my wife with her menopause.
