It doesnt happen over night, you have to take this product for a while to get long term results. The shipping has always been great as they are great people to work with! If you are expecting miracles, this isnt it, but it does help and we feel it help my wife with her menopause.

Try it just as instructed. I ordered this product. When I opened the first bottle I think it had a small crack somewhere because most of product leaked out. I’m on the second bottle. Hopefully it will not be cracked or leak. I like the product. I’ll continue with my 3rd bottle to see if there is continued improvement. I’m over 70 so I’ll keep You informed of the results.
