GBUpdate on previous review I note that Jupiter Labs keep saying they care about customer satisfaction but if they really did, let's face it, they would DO something about the problems people experience with their customer care. In my case, they said they would reimburse me if I returned all the bottles of Joint Fuel that I had received. Then when they had received them all, they said that I had kept one back. I most certainly did not! As said before, they kept back a large slice of the money that they had promised to refund. I paid £134.94 and they returned £86.95. And I had returned every last bottle to them. At the time, I gave them all the information they are now requesting, I even sent them a copy of the Certificate of Posting, showing the weight of the bottles returned, and sent several emails and letters to them. They refused point blank to return the rest of the money to me. I simply do not believe that if I send the information all over again that anything will come of it. And I certainly will never use this company again. For anything.

GBmistake or deliberate? We ordered a turmeric product for £43. Fortunately the bank spotted that they'd taken £143 so stopped the transaction so we didn't lose anything. Thankyou Natwest. I shall say no more.

DKLost under transportation 2 times!? Very slowly handling of our order. Rheumatism treatment was ordered 45 days ago. 1. Company claimed stopped due to Corona. 2. Has forwarded new package, which disappeared in Germany. 3. Asked if we wanted a new dispatch! Well yes - as we paid a certain sum and never received the parcel!!!
