GBUpdate on previous review I note that Jupiter Labs keep saying they care about customer satisfaction but if they really did, let's face it, they would DO something about the problems people experience with their customer care. In my case, they said they would reimburse me if I returned all the bottles of Joint Fuel that I had received. Then when they had received them all, they said that I had kept one back. I most certainly did not! As said before, they kept back a large slice of the money that they had promised to refund. I paid £134.94 and they returned £86.95. And I had returned every last bottle to them. At the time, I gave them all the information they are now requesting, I even sent them a copy of the Certificate of Posting, showing the weight of the bottles returned, and sent several emails and letters to them. They refused point blank to return the rest of the money to me. I simply do not believe that if I send the information all over again that anything will come of it. And I certainly will never use this company again. For anything.

GBI purchased 3 bottles of jointfuel at a… I purchased 3 bottles of jointfuel at a cost of £90. This is a lot of money to me given that I’m a pensioner. Took the first month supply with absolutely no improvement whatsoever to my joint problems. I have contacted the company to request a refund on the remaining 2bottles and I’m awaiting an acknowledgment. My advice is be careful before parting with your money for this product
