Everything is good I've been doing keto for 1 month and lost 11lbs so far. I will continue following my meal plan regardless of reaching my goal weight. I love making all those recipes when everything tastes so good!

My first week doing KETO diet My first week doing KETO diet. So far I am satisfied with daily plans, I would say it's pretty easy to follow suggested schedule and keep myself on track. One thing, I would change is the time I receive plans. I prefer to receive plans early in the morning.
