It can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance." Are you contradicting yourself regarding Refund Policy? Are you telling me I must wait 10 days to get my money back? Are you telling me that if takes longer is a problem with my Bank? I want the 22 courses I paid for, I did not ask for a refund.
