Great Course/Excellent Customer Service I got the course and had difficulty getting into the course initially (My error). Ron assisted with great customer service, which I will not let go unnoticed. Much appreciated and well done!!!

I’m still working through my courses… I’m still working through my courses but my experience with customer service was fantastic. I was having an issue with a code, and not only was my reply from them super fast, but they solved the problem and dealt with it right away too. No silly back and forth or any troubles. Just quick and to the point so I can get back to learning and I really appreciated that.

Assistance with Redemption Codes I entered my redemption codes but they weren't being accepted. Ron provided friendly assistance and was able to take care of the problem which allowed me to access the courses.

Absolute scammers...… There are loads of better free courses online than those in this package. What's more despite in previous review replies stating that notification of renewal is given...THAT IS A LIE. Like most people I don't remember the exact day my subscription was taken and due to the poor quality if training I only used it for a couple if days....BOOM a year later £130 is removed from my account with only an invoice. They refused to refund and pointed to T&C's....absolute scam, avoid.

Great product Customer service provides great support, even late at night. They've responded quickly, answered all my questions, and corrected my issues. There's a wide variety of courses to fit your every need. The lifetime access pass is definitely worth the price, especially since it comes with a second pass
