CATo what are you referring to ? To what are you referring to ? There is no reference to one of the many interactions I do with CWNP you want me to pronounce on. Throuou the last 5 years, the service from CWNP has dramatically gone down, for me an Instructor as well as the service towards the students. I'd be more than happy to help you understand my point of view, but sincerely, you have to do something to enhance this clientele service, and surveys might help you diagnose the situation, actual action needs to be done to change it all for the better !

GBTheir test prep tools are excellent Their test prep tools are excellent, and my experience as one of their customers has so far been superb.

GBNot to the standards I would expect from this company. The one and only book was not acceptable for students to pass. I found the book light in material and had I not found other study resources I would have failed. The payment portal is confusing and had to call for support to pay. Support is on the east coast so call before 2:00 pm and don’t attempt to call on a weekend.

NLI am relative new to CWNP I still have to do my first exam with CWNP so I cannot judge all things. The training materials and practice tests look fine to me. I like the special deals CWNP offers in their newsletters.

BETotally worth it I bought the CWNA-109 study guide as soon as it was released in September 2023. As soon as I found the time, it took me a week to read the book and another week to focus on reading comprehension. The book really takes you deep into the details, deeper than the exam requires. Tom's note at the end of each chapter proves to be a valuable addition to the study material. I passed the exam with a score of 87%. I look forward to dive into the next CWNP courses, CWAP, CWDP, CWSP. In a nutshell: CNWP is totally worth it!
