GBAVOID - THEY RIP OFF UK CONSUMERS! AVOID THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I filled in all the details and took a 1 month trial for £18.23 which was just the standard package including callanetic workout. I subsequently forgot to cancel the trial and was then charged a random £37.19 for 1 more months subscription. I have been querying this amount ever since considering that all over google it shows that the cost of a YEAR'S subscription would be £19.99 and monthly subscription is £9.99. Their email customer service is not fit for purpose. They wont answer the question but just send articles as a response to a question about over charging. I have asked them twice to show me their pricing plan to show the price of £37.19 and they will not show me as in my opinions its made up. They have totally ripped me off given the cost of a months subscription is £9.99 and wont offer the evidence, an apology or even acknowledge that there has been a mistake. They are ripping off consumers in the UK making up subscription charges. DONT SUBSCRIBE unless you like losing your money as they wont respond which shows exactly what they think of their subscribers.

DKNOT OK! NOT OK! Go true a lot of questions! Use min. of your life. Then you get the price! Maybe is a fair price, but is a Con way to do it! EDIT your auto reply, does not change anything.
