A Life-Changing Meeting How does one begin to sum up in just a few words my feelings about a meeting that literally transformed my life so dramatically. I suffered from major depression for 46 years. I base that time from when I was first given a formal diagnosis until the day I met David Key in December 2020. Actually that was a ‘video’ meeting. We met in person in April 2022. But over those decades I was seen by every conceivable kind of mental health ‘expert’ and I was given every known drug ever developed. I experienced periods of artificial drug-induced elation, but for most of my life, my mind existed in a state of depression. ‘Blackness’ was my normal. David Key taught me the keys to well-being.
