PRINCE 2 Certification program This is a very good and smooth program; I believe ICert Global has a well-organized company for such kind of program. I also appreciate the schedule even if only two trainees register by this days, since this is a cost for the organizer (in my understanding). I thoroughly enjoy the program. Thank you! Beware of the Cons 1. They shared all the incorrect information about the session dates and gave me fake dates and conned me to pay the fees.. 2. Kept promising the class availability and finally told me there are no classes on the promised dates. 3. Lied about classes being full and cannot accommodate me for a class on the registered dates. Save yourselves from ICERT and register directly on Scrum Alliance. These guys are fraud and fake.

Taking feedback and aligning trainers. I had opted for online computer based training and had specific time requirements (moving around throughout the day and some times during nights and weekends). She ensured that the training were aligned as per my needs. The trainers were knowledgeable and were industry trained. So they had real life examples to relate to the concept. Controlling Cost and Controlling Risk are the most complicated, but Yomi spent time after class working through questions to help others understand. This class also helped to change my perception of the PMP being this MONSTER to something that I can I can successfully do.
