But I still have no idea what to expect for the future. I'm kind of disappointed I would have at least liked some kind of a tutorial that showed me what I was going to be learning.

The lessons really work! I recently purchased the annual membership. I have done 6 lessons so far and I love it. I like that the lessons are short (to fit in my busy schedule) and concise. The instructor gives around 2 drills to practice which is doable. My voice tone has always been low and as suggested in their web I am taking the lessons with Jonathan. I was surprised to notice I could speak louder to the cashier when I was shopping yesterday. I said wow these lessons are really helping my voice and it is not even one month ! I am so happy and impressed!! So, I am looking forward to everyday lesson !

I doubted at first, but there's hope! As I've only just started there's not much to tell other than the fact that I did not believe it was possible for me to learn how to sing... but after four lessons my mind is changing about that. The reason for the four stars, at this this point, is you send WAY to much e-mail. So much so that it's annoying and I'm considering not continuing after the 30 days.
