DO NOT USE!!! They charged me £50 for help with a single question that they got completely wrong. Upon asking for refund (and providing the correct solution to show that it was genuinely incorrect) they told me they needed 48hrs to review it. After 48hrs I asked again and was told to wait another 24hrs, this went on for almost 2 weeks and now have got to the point where I have had to get PayPal involved to get my money back.
