BTA Excellence bettered only by the excellence of the instructor BTA's course on blockchain is excellent. Well written and presented it enables non-technical people to understand a complex topic. However, the instructor, Kris Bennett, made the presentation and material very easy to understand and stay on track. In lectures, it is easy for one's mind to wonder. Kris kept the course dynamic, interactive, and informative. Kudos to his most excellent style and ability to keep everyone engaged.

Not great for beginners Not great for beginners ; the course structure/sequencing is kinda bizarre, with key concepts introduced very early on, but poorly explained. It also repeats itself a lot, on non material/non technical/more anecdotical concepts, while passing on quickly on more technical ones. I would rather recommend Consensys Academy courses (to begin with), then BerkeleyX

After paying for the program After paying for the program, I tried calling the support number on your site more 15 times in 24 hours no one picked my calls. Your response to my mail also took almost 24hrs. I was left with dissatisfaction because being a first time customer I did not get good impression of your customer service. I hope next time you improve on your customer response time either by mail or phone. Thank you,
