ACE internship I had applied for hands on electives through ACE in the month of August 2017 , i didn't get the visa though. The coordinater of ACE had been friendly and the service was satisfying i believe if it had been university hospital electives instead of seperate clinical electives then it would be great as you know for IMG it is a big visa issue which was with me otherwise all is fine. Excellent clinical rotations Excellent Job done by Jon and team. They helped me choose the best clinical rotations, acquire US B1 visa and also connected me with housing agents all during peak COVID season when there were literally no options for international graduates to pursue any electives. The whole process was seamless. ACE MD was very prompt in replying to my queries. I was able to get four strong LORs from my preceptors that I used for residency application process. I am happy to say that I have matched into Internal Medicine this cycle (2022). I am also extremely thankful and grateful for ACE MD for providing me these opportunities.

Too expensive Too expensive. The main goal to pay for these services is to complete the experience profile in your CV. Nowadays it's extremely difficult for IMGs to match into residency in the US. If you are after the experience go ahead. If you are after the match you will need a crazy high score or a crazy special connection to a hospital

Very helpful! My experience with Ace has been great. Aaron was very helpful and worked quickly to get my rotations confirmed. He was always available if I had questions, and got back to me in a timely manner. Also, he gave me options for different clinical sites which made it easier to find affordable / safe housing.
