I really enjoyed this workshop because it provided me with practical parenting tips and made me aware of my own issues and triggers … I really enjoyed this workshop because it was clear, easy to follow and gave practical tips to real life parenting problems. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for some foundational parenting skills for this day and age!!!

a liberating revelation this course was for me a real trip in time, a back and forth between my childhood and the present moment. listening to the experiences of other parents, guided by Dr. Shefali, I had a clear and immediate understanding of our common, human way of reaction. And how it can be modulated, through awareness and daily practice in our relationships. now I can approach the difficult moments in a different, really effective manner. those moments are the alarm bells for me to recentre, to wake up from the unconscious, automatic behaviour.
